The Vistria Bank logo, UI design patterns, and financial tools may not be replicated or utilized without explicit written authorization from our executive board.
5. Account Termination

6. Liability Limits
Vistria Bank, its directors, and technical affiliates shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from market fluctuations or unauthorized access due to user negligence, including:
- Technical downtime during scheduled maintenance windows;

- Errors in user-initiated wire transfers or payments;
- Loss of access due to compromised user credentials.
